What is Jeuveau?

Jeuveau is a cosmetic injectable that’s FDA-approved to treat frown lines. The technical term for frown lines is glabellar lines, and they commonly appear between your eyebrows. These lines form over the years, as repeated facial expressions like frowning and squinting etch your skin. 

Frown lines are known as dynamic wrinkles because they form as a result of facial movement. This type of wrinkle is difficult to get rid of and are a source of frustration for many people. 

Jeuveau treats moderate-to-severe frown lines by temporarily relaxing the muscles below the skin that cause wrinkles to form. When muscles relax, the skin smooths out and frown lines fade from view. Jeuveau temporarily minimizes the look of frown lines with just a few small injections.
